Location: ICLP Shanghai
Requirements
· Tertiary educated, preferably in business or marketing.
· Minimum 4 years experience in CRM, database marketing, marketing communications or partner marketing.
· Previous account servicing experience in retail accounts will be an added advantage.
· Strong project management and interpersonal skills, able to communicate to all levels of contacts, internally or externally
· Detailed, analytical, organized, reliable
· A team player with ability to deliver projects independently
· Possesses commercial awareness (ideally with account profitability)
· Good written and oral presentation skills in both English and Chinese
· Proficient with MS Office applications
Duties:
· Develop and manage a strong relationship with an international retail client and other clients as may be assigned from time to time.
· Develop and maintain the CRM programs of assigned clients
· Support development of marketing/program strategy and proposal to the client, including program development, benefit platform development, online and offline communication dialogue.
· Develop and implement the approved strategies into a series of marketing activities / campaigns; monitor operation and quality control, track and report performance.
· Co-ordinate with other internal departments (such as IT and Creative department), client, dealers and suppliers (such as call centre) for day-to-day implementation of the program.
· Support conduction of program review, data analysis, and partner solicitation.
