On Friday 11th November the third annual conference DMChina2005 was held at Hilton Shanghai. Over 100 direct marketing professionals gathered together and enjoyed a busy day of speeches and networking.
DMChina2005 featured keynote speaker Drayton Bird, reputed to be most knowledgeable source on DM in the world. Mr. Bird covered topics ranging from customer relationship management, to direct marketing, to testing and successful DM strategies. But that wasn't all. DM leaders from China's top businesses revealed the secrets of how to acquire, retain, and maximize the value of Chinese customers.
Speakers at the event included Fuji Xerox, JWT, Ignite Advertising, Cigna, Unicef, Acxiom, Bertelsmann, Doubleclick, Alibaba and others.
Delegates at this year's DMChina2005 said that it was the best DM conference they've ever attended.
